Here Comes the Rain Again

Vintage ornate silver teapot with floral engravings hanging by its handle from a mossy tree branch outdoors in a Greensboro, North Carolina front yard.

My pewter teapot as ornament.

We’ve had quite a bit of rain other the past few days. The rain gauge registered at least five and a half inches. It’s been great for the garden and the flowers, and our weird little art tree has been positively magical!
